Have Butter Paneer?
Every so often, you need to take a break. Not the long kind where you block your calendar or travel somewhere, the small kind. An hour, a meal, a moment when the world stops feeling urgent.
Most people underestimate how much this matters. We think progress comes from staying in motion. But if you never stop, you lose perspective. You start to blur the lines between focus and fatigue.
Even a Formula 1 car needs a pit stop. The stop doesn't slow it down, it keeps the car in the race. A short pause gives it new grip and direction.
For me, that pause looks like a Coke on the table and butter paneer with naan. A small indulgence I allow myself, in good times and bad.
It's like taking a flight: unreachable, untouchable for a while. (I hate the newer planes with Wi-Fi.)
Small breaks help you zoom out.
They remind you that the goal isn't constant motion , it's direction.
So have a butter paneer, my friend.
